AdPay, the most successful digital payment aggregator, to become the first Virtual Network Operator (VNO) in India and it is going to start the operations soon for PAN India. Department of Telecommunications (DoT) has sanctioned the Unified License VNO for ADPAY. ADPAY will operate the VNO/MVNO business in a new brand name which will be announced during the launch time.
